Your Pelota Montessori floor bed arrives in four timber rails (two side rails, one top and one bottom), each marked with a symbol to guide assembly.

1. Build the frame
Lay the four bed rails flat on the floor and match the symbols at each corner. Connect the bed rails using the supplied wood screws, tightening them with the manual hex key (we recommend avoiding power tools to protect the timber).

2. Add the slats
Place the slat section inside the frame so that they lift the mattress off the floor, extend it to cover the base. For double-size bed frames and above, join the two slat sections together. Make sure they sit flat and evenly on the floor.

Final check
Ensure all screws are tight and the bed frame feels solid before placing the mattress.
